Every Friday at Apex Master Expos globally, the Rising Stage transforms into a vibrant showcase of talent, where creativity intertwines with exceptional performances. Artists from various disciplines come together to impress audiences, comprising international guests, media personnel, and Apex members.

Attendees can look forward to an evening filled with music, dance, acrobatics, magic, and striking visual artistry, all delivered with an air of style, professionalism, and heartfelt emotion — emphasizing talent as a universal form of expression.

Program

19:30 – 21:00 | Arrival & Welcome Lounge Participants start the evening in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoying a welcome drink while engaging in networking opportunities with fellow performers and industry guests.

21:00 – 23:30 | The Rising Stage Performances A selection of international talents takes the stage. Expect awe-inspiring vocals, captivating performances, and creative elements that embody the Apex spirit of live performance.

Recognition & Next Steps Artists chosen from each Friday performance receive invitations to the Apex Awards Gala held on Saturday, highlighting global creativity and excellence.

Applications are welcomed from:

• Singers, musicians, and bands
• Dancers, acrobats, and performance artists
• Magicians, illusionists, and creative stage acts

Requirements:

• Age 18+
• One prepared act (max. 5 minutes)
• Short video or link showcasing previous performance or style

Refund & Replacement Policy

All tickets for Apex events are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, participants will be issued three (3) replacement tickets for future Apex events of equal or lesser value, valid within 12 months from the original event date. No cash refunds will be provided.
