Interested travelers should be available for the entire duration of the trip.
Travel packages accommodate a maximum of two guests per room. For groups exceeding four, multiple rooms must be reserved.

Monthly Payment Plan
For trips using a payment plan, monthly deductions will occur automatically. Travelers in double occupancy can choose to handle payments independently by indicating their preference in the registration form. Coordination with roommates will follow to facilitate timely payments.
Should there be a need to change the due date for monthly payments, travelers are encouraged to email their preferred date to us within a 5-day notice before the upcoming payment cycle.
Information on Late Payment Fees
A grace period of 10 days is offered to submit payments without penalty. Payments must be completed by 10 pm EST on the 10th day to prevent a $100 late fee.
If payments are not made by the end of the grace period, cancellation procedures will begin approximately 25 days past the due date. Travelers should note that any cancellations may lead to adjustments in costs for remaining participants if there are other travelers with active accounts.
Deposits, payments, and any late fees are non-refundable unless travel insurance is purchased, in which case travelers must file a claim with their insurer.
Adhering to these guidelines is essential for maintaining service quality, and all late payment penalties are the responsibility of the individual traveler.
Important Note: Final payments must be made at least 30 days prior to the trip. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the traveler's booking, following standard cancellation policies.
