Every Friday night at Apex Master Expos globally, the Rising Stage becomes a vibrant hub for creativity and performance. Artists, musicians, dancers, and performers showcase their impressive acts to an audience of international guests and members.

The night promises to be filled with music, dance, acrobatics, magic, and visual creativity, all delivered with professionalism and passion, celebrating talent as a universal form of expression.

19:30 – 21:00 | Arrival & Welcome LoungeAttendees can enjoy a leisurely start to the evening with a welcome drink and opportunities for networking among performers and industry professionals.

21:00 – 23:30 | The Rising Stage PerformancesA dynamic lineup of international performers takes the stage. Audiences can expect powerful vocals, thrilling performances, and exciting surprises, embodying the essence of live artistry.

Recognition & Next StepsOutstanding performers from each Rising Stage Night are invited to attend the Apex Awards Gala on Saturday, showcasing global creativity and talent.

• Singers, musicians, and bands
• Dancers, acrobats, and performing artists
• Magicians, illusionists, and creative stage performers

Requirements:

• Age 18+
• One prepared act (maximum 5 minutes)
• Short video or link showcasing previous performances or styles

Refund & Replacement Policy

All tickets are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive three (3) replacement tickets for upcoming Apex events of equivalent or lesser value, valid within 12 months from the original event date. No monetary refunds will be provided.
