Pilot Expo Moves to Brussels

The International Pilot Recruitment and Training Expo is set to return to Skyhall at Brussels Airport in 2026. This premier Flight Crew training event in Europe anticipates over 5000 visitors, more than 100 exhibitors, and a lineup of over 50 speakers.

The Expo features four key elements: an exhibition, conferences, workshops, and the Airliners’ Party.

Exhibition

This two-day exhibition will host numerous airlines from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, along with recruitment agencies, aviation training institutions, and aircraft manufacturers. Attendees, including licensed pilots, cabin crew, and maintenance staff, will have the opportunity to explore job offers and apply immediately.

Aspiring pilots can review diverse opportunities and financing options provided by various flight schools and training organizations.

Conferences

The two-day conference features two distinct divisions: "Aces" for experienced pilots and "Future Pilots" aimed at new trainees, each accommodating up to 400 attendees for a total of 800. The "Aces" division will discuss crucial topics like industry advancements, economic trends, and pilot career pathways, while also highlighting employment opportunities from airlines during midday sessions.

Conversely, the "Future Pilots" division will focus on the planning of training, assessing trainee qualifications, exploring funding alternatives, and presenting popular cadet programs from various airlines. Similar to the "Aces" sessions, midday segments will be reserved for flight schools and airlines to showcase their educational offerings.

Networking Party

The 'Airliners' Party' will take place on Friday evening, providing a relaxed environment for exhibitors and visitors to network. The gathering will feature live music, refreshments, and an entertaining show, allowing many attendees to reconnect with former classmates or colleagues from flight school.
