Sweden Talent Visa Program


Description

The Swedish government has rolled out a new talent visa program to attract professionals wishing to work in Sweden.


Visa Categories:


1) Jobseeker Visa

This visa allows individuals to relocate to Sweden for nine months without a job offer, providing the opportunity to search for employment and engage with potential employers in person.


2) Work Visa

For those who have secured a job offer, this visa permits relocation to Sweden for over a year.


Processing Time

The processing of a standard work permit can take up to 10 days if submitted by a certified company to the Migration Agency.


EU Blue Card


Description

The EU Blue Card serves as a work and residence permit for non-EU nationals, facilitating the entry of skilled professionals into the labor market across Europe.


Intended For:

Individuals planning to work in various EU countries within four years may find this card advantageous. Holding a Blue Card could simplify future relocation and permanent residency applications in other EU nations.


Processing Time

Typically, applications for the EU Blue Card are processed within 2-3 weeks, although the Migration Agency is allowed up to 90 days for processing depending on the caseload.
