ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

Participants are expected to arrive at the venue by 3:00 PM on April 30th (no lunch will be provided upon arrival). Departure will be after a final meal together at 3:00 PM on May 6th.

ABOUT OLIVER:

Oliver is a certified 5Rhythms teacher, trained under the founder Gabrielle Roth in New York City. Since 2014, he has passionately guided countless participants toward healing and creativity through dance. His teachings blend 5 Rhythms with yoga, meditation, and somatic practices, fostering a space that nurtures both body and spirit.

Oliver brings a wealth of experience, including sacred movements and seated meditation, and the teachings of G.I. Gurdjieff. He is also a talented musician, adding a unique rhythm to every session he leads.

With a teaching style that is both gentle and engaging, Oliver supports individuals to connect with their true selves and enhance their journey in the world of 5 Rhythms. His classes count towards the prerequisites for training to become a 5Rhythms teacher.
