The AI Deep Serve for the Hospitality Industry workshop is a transformative two-day initiative focused on demonstrating how artificial intelligence can revolutionize operations and decision-making processes within the hospitality sector. Taking place at the Cresta Oasis Hotel in Harare, Zimbabwe, this workshop gathers leaders, managers, and innovators to delve into the technological future of hospitality.

Day 1 – AI for Hospitality Operations (14 October 2025)

Under the guidance of Mr. K. Nheweyembwa, the Founder & Managing Director of Flame Lily Hospitality, participants will acquire hands-on skills for integrating AI into everyday workflows. With more than 20 years of experience in international hotel management, Mr. Nheweyembwa will mentor departmental managers on:

• Practical AI applications for Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage sectors.
• Creation of a departmental action plan to facilitate smooth AI integration.

Day 2 – AI for Hospitality Executives (15 October 2025)

Led by Mr. R. Sibeko, Managing Director of Micros South Africa, who brings over 15 years of leadership experience in technology, this session targets CEOs, executives, and high-level managers. Topics covered will include:

• The trajectory of hospitality technology and AI-enhanced guest experiences.
• Cloud solutions for AI, pre-check-ins, and revenue optimization.
• Integrating PMS, POS, and SPA software to boost operational efficiency.
