Program Overview
Day One: Fundamental Program
Participants will learn the foundational knowledge of the methodology. This training introduces the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® tool, covering various tools including flow theory, rules for setting the playing field, etiquette, pitfalls to avoid, and numerous applications across different scenarios that promote hand-brain connection. Theory is seamlessly integrated with practice.
Day Two: Teams and Groups
The second day guides participants through the process while exploring individual identity and personalizing this tool for various workshops or processes, including team workshops.
Day Three: Landscape and System Development for Teams and Groups
The third day focuses on understanding how to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® with identity and landscape kits to create 3D models that depict complex environments where elements like teams and projects, along with other related systems, interact within real-time environments. Participants will learn how to design their workshops for optimal execution.

1. A manual and a kit of pieces to start designing and developing workshops immediately!
2. Certification accredited by an SPG Europe® Master Trainer in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodologies and materials.
3. Inclusion and registration in the global list of certified LSP facilitators.
4. Lunch and snacks/coffee breaks in the hall or nearby to maximize time efficiency.
5. Communication strategy on ideas and tools to develop your practice and initiate your workshops, along with professional guidance to enter the market as a facilitator with strong assurance.
